Recently, Civic Pixel teamed up with The Denver Foundation to design and build the Inclusiveness Project website. For the past two years The Denver Foundation worked with 11 local Colorado non-profits to help them introduce holistic diversity practices and policies into their organizations. The result of the "test drive" showed a boost in staff morale, improvement in services provided and even an increase in funds raised.

The website, www.inclusivenessproject.org is designed to be a resource for other non profits interested in introducing an Inclusiveness Project at their organization. It also will serve as a platform for non profits to share best practices and success stories.
